We are looking for a new team member to join us in the role of:

Front Desk Officer (f/m/d) – Part Time (30 hours/week)
Working time: 08:30 – 14:30, Monday to Friday
Ideal starting date: mid-August

Reporting to the Senior Facility officer, the Front Desk officer is primarily responsible for the efficient and professional set up of the front desk and adjacent office area. The position holder is expected to ensure the smooth handling of all switchboard tasks.

Key responsibilities:
• Handling of all switchboard tasks and answering of generic email inquiries
• Responsible for all incoming mail related tasks (mail trays, distribution of mail, courier deliveries, etc.)
• Single point of contact for facility management requests and allocation of tasks under the supervision of the Head of Facility Management
• Organization of general key and entry card distribution
• Coordination of classroom equipment set-up in cooperation with the academic and the IT departments
• Responsible for room assignments
• Preparation of student IDs and distribution of certificates of enrollment

Your profile:
• Completed secondary education (Matura or equivalent)
• Work experience in a similar position (hospitality, reception)
• Very good command of both German and English
• Customer-service oriented manner, with proven ability to successfully interact with a diverse group of people
• User of Microsoft Office
• Certain flexibility regarding working times

As required by Austrian federal law we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross compensation for this position, which amounts to 28,470.75.- EUR (basis 40 hours/week). The applicant must have the legal right to work in Austria.
